She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bugos and Francis Marion Bugos (Johnson); and her sisters, Judy Loveland (late Bill) and Sandra Pasley. She is survived by: her former husband Jack L. Russell; her spouse Terry L. Purtle; her children, Tammy Russell (Floyd Price), Brenda Kay Russell (Gary Rosich), Kelly Jo Russell (Bradley E. Smith) and Terry Lee Purtle Jr.; and her grandchildren, Melissa Mae Porter (Joe Buskirk), Tommy Lee Kruzan (Jackie Hammond), Joshaua Allen Russell, Ryan Lee Russell (Cassie Jump), Kaylee Lynn Beyers (Tyler Snowden), Jammie Nicole Bishop, Jessica Dawn Reedy, Jerrica Lynne Bowton (Patrick Bickel), River and Riot Purtle. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several great nieces and nephews.
