He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Phebe" Wise; his son John Hardin (Connie) of Canton; his granddaughter Hanna Quinones (Marcie) of Canton; his stepgrandchildren, Hillary Kelly (Sean) of Petersburg and Garrett Carruthers (Danielle) of Canton; his great grandchild Allana Ward; and his brother Steve Hardin (Carolyn) of Mattoon.
