She is survived by: her parents, Robert Franklin and Barbara Hulet Franklin; her siblings, Ronnie, Dolores and Kay; her stepdaughter Rachelle Hall; her grandson Caleb Weaver; her great grandchild Bentley Thurman; her children, Billie Picton (Joe), Brian Clelland (Margie), Steven White (Amy) and Susan Alesandrini (Wayne); her stepchildren, Rodney Eggers, Renee Eggers and Troy Eggers; and her siblings, Pete Rasmussen, Mike Franklin and Jim Franklin. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
