With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Cook (Canton, Illinois), born in Keithsburg, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2020 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte Ann Cook to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy C. Conner and Avis L. Conner (Champlin); her husband Forrest W. "Beaver" Cook; and her brothers, Jerry P. and Rodney Conner.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Wayne Alan Cardosi (Tina) of St. Louis, MO and John Carl Cardosi (Jennifer) of Canton, IL; and her great grandchildren, Eric Paul Cardosi of LaCrescent, MN, Morgan Ashley Cardosi of Minneapolis, MN and DaVantae Berry (Hannah) of Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, along with a very special cousin.
