He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira C. Haggerty and Lael Haggerty (Ebbe); and his brother Phillip Haggerty. He is survived by: his wife Carol Spiegler; his children, Andrea Mooberry (Randall) of East Peoria, IL and Chris Haggerty (Jennifer) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Casey Brooks (Patrick), Hope Martin (Dan), Logan Mooberry, Hailey Haggerty and Noah Haggerty; and his siblings, James Haggerty (Colleen) of Elmwood, IL and Lael Boerckel of Peoria. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
