He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Bender (Dode) of Franklin, TN and Teresa Cameron of Los Osos, CA; his grandchildren, Jared, Jacob (Lindsey) and Jacey Bender; and his stepgreat-grandchild Kelsey Bender.
