He is survived by: his children, Amber Olson (Jeff) of Omaha, NE, Brent Schade of Jacksonville, FL and Heather Royster (Adam) of Duncombe, IA; his grandchildren, Brent Schade Jr., Cale Schade, Sydney Olson, Eliza Olson, Luke Royster and Garrett Royster; his mother-in-law Betty Tracey; and his siblings, Charlie Schade, Dennis Schade, Carla Jones, Dianne Swift and Barb Schade.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
