With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Lee Danner (Canton, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 102. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Lee Danner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her sister C. Arlene Spencer (Paul); her parents, Barb and Wally; and her grandfathers, Edward DeLong and Ray Danner.
She is survived by: her caregiver Michelle Regehr; her son Edward Ray Danner; her friend Wilma Widger; her granddaughter Adriana Rae Stewart (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Sherri Ann Stewart and Lucas Nathaniel Stewart; and her nephews, Michael DeLong of Cuba, IL., Bill Spencer, Brian Whitaker of Florida, Jim Spencer of California and Kevin VanOrder. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sedgwick Funeral Homes and Crematory (1995 N Main St, Canton, IL 61520). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sedgwick Funeral Homes & Crematory (1995 N Main St, Canton, IL 61520). Judy (Ray) Brown was a dependable dinner companion and gambling buddy at OTO on Tuesday nights until Covid.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Food Pantry or Fulton County Humane Society.
