He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ossman Sr. and Martha Ossman (Kozak); his wife Loretta Kaufman; and his sister Cynthia Ludlum. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Ossman (Amber) of Farmington, IL, Jody Ossman (Don Signore) of Atlanta, GA and Lori Wages (Bob) of Canton, IL; and his sister Lynn Hebb. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the OSF Children's Hospital in Peoria or OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
