He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Glen. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Tuthill; his sons, Michael and Kyle; his grandson Titus; his mother Shirley Lindner; and his siblings, Jim and Tracy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.

Memorials may be given to Shriner's Hospital in St. Louis.
