He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Cookson. He is survived by: his father Lawrence Moore; his wife Barbara Lynn Kelley; his child Sasha Turner (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jett, Jax and Skye; his son Levi Joseph Moore (Mikayla); and his grandchildren, Willow and Holden.
