He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncle Jerome; his grandfather Koyer; his parents, Harold Milbert and Henrietta Milbert (Koyer) of Quincy; his sister Margaret Beath; his children, Jessie Barnes (Fiance Hosie Parker) of Quincy, Mona, East of Coatsburg and Jerome Milbert (Cindy) of Loraine; his siblings-in-law, Larry Allison and Sharon Allison; his son-in-law Jerry Barnes; his nephew Justin Allison; his grandchildren, Michael Barnes (Chelsea) of Quincy, Ronnie Barnes of Mendon, Olivia, Sophie, Maddie and Owen East of Coatsburg; and his great grandchild Greyson Barnes of Quincy.

Memorial contributions have been suggested to Blessing Hospice, Quincy Volunteer Emergency Corps.
