It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Booth of Camp Point, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William N. Booth and Gladys E. Davis Booth; and her siblings, William S. Booth, Georgia Booth Curry, Ellen Jean Booth Myers, Ben Booth, Wil Booth, Herb Booth, Charlotte Booth Brace-Sjastaad and Judi Booth Knight.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Booth Pitts of Plainfield, IL, Polly Booth Jacobs of Galesburg, Chris Booth (Gin) of Farmington Hills, MI and Jerry Booth (Patty); her cousin Duane Evans (JoAnn) of St. Louis; and her sister-in-law Patty Booth. She is also survived by 27 loving nieces and nephews and numerous great and great grand nieces and nephews.
Joan made generous donations to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation in the name of family members and in her final wishes, was a major benefactor to Hebron Cemetery.
