She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry T. Buss and Daisey M. Gieker Buss; her husband Donald R. "Sock" Dieterle; and her brothers, Willard Buss and Gilbert Buss.

She is survived by: her sons, Randy Dieterle, Clayton Dieterle, Ryan Dieterle and Camp Point; her grandchildren, Darin Dieterle, Clayton and Deidre Dieterle; and her great grandchild Maylee of Quincy.

Memorials may be made to Benjamin Masonic Lodge or the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
