He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Yungman and Emma C. Lehr Yungman; and his sister Mildred Murfin. He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Freiburg of Quincy, Karen Ideus (Bob) of Quincy and Velda Robertson (Lyndel) of Chillicothe, MO; and his grandchildren, Erin DeSena (Jim), Abby Kipley, Cory Kattelman (Jamie), Brooke Alf (Jeremy), Megan Walker (Mike), Brandi Jones (Greg) and Lindsey Creekmore (Mike). He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church of Camp Point, the Great River Honor Flight, or the Illinois Retired Teachers Association (IRTA).
