It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Tenhouse (Camp Point, Illinois), born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ronald S. Moore; her father-in-law Lowell Tenhouse; and her nephew Drew Leenerts. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Moore (Trotter) of Camp Point; her husband Michael L. Tenhouse; her sons, Jake Tenhouse (Ashton) of Galesburg and Jordan Tenhouse (Laura) of Camp Point, Illinois; her grandchildren, Sophie, Mack, Annie and Trotter Tenhouse; her mother-in-law Mary Tenhouse of Quincy, Illinois.; her siblings, David Moore (Theresa) of Golden, Donna Niekamp (Randy) of Camp Point and Dean Moore (Dorothy) of Camp Point, Illinois; and her sisters-in-law, Debi Royalty (Rich) of Quincy, Barb Gauldin (Kirk) of Camp Point and Julie Gomski (John) of Bristol, Wisconsin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Camp Point United Methodist Church, the Panther Pride Foundation, or a charity of the donors choice.

“Words cannot express the sadness and profound loss of such a beautiful person inside and out. Diane was such an inspiration to so many with her genuine love and caring for others. The first day I met Diane at college on Pixley 4 at IC, I knew she would be someone I’d cherish to have as a special friend. God bless you all. Laurie (Bauch) Giebink”
