Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Shaffer of Camp Point, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 86, on December 10, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry White and Mollie Williams White; her husband James Shaffer; her children, Cindy Masterson, Jeff Shaffer, Barry Shaffer and James Kalb; and her sisters, Patricia Caulkins (Dale) and Charlene White.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Connor (Tom), Charlene Castillo (Gene), Kelly Deming (Jesse), Keethan Shaffer, Josh Shaffer (Heather), Lucas Shaffer, Nicholas Shaffer (Heather) and Kayla Smith; and her brother Gary White (JoAnn). She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lummis-Hamilton Funeral Home (110 School St, Camp Point, IL 62320). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's.
