He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Adkins and Vivian Adkins (Cinnamon). He is survived by: his wife Debra Gunderson; his son Brian Adkins (Jenny) of Streator, Illinois; his grandchildren, Alivia Adkins of Streator and Mason Adkins of Streator; his siblings-in-law, Ralph Gunderson of Morton, Illinois and Tammy Gunderson of Morton; and his nieces and nephews, Jayme Gunderson (Erin) of Metamora, Jason Gunderson of Germantown Hills, Illinois, Melanie Burton (Nate) of Washington and Jennifer Gunderson of Washington. He is also survived by six great-nieces and nephews.
