He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hickey and Helen Hickey (Fuertges) of Camp Grove; and his brother Philip. He is survived by: his siblings, Denny (Val) of Bradford, Jim (Peg) of Bellingham, WA, Rosemary Welch (Hank) of Evanston, IL and Kathy Czarniewski (Dan) of Boca Raton, FL; and his sister-in-law Mary Hickey of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Universalist Unitarian Church, American Heart Association or St. Joseph Home, Lacon, IL.
