He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Curtis and Leona Ann Parrish (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Casteel; his sons, Kristopher Parrish (Cassie) of Galesburg and Patrick Parrish (Libby) of Galesburg; and his granddaughters, Victoria Antkowiak (Brad) of California and Althea Parrish of Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Seminary Manor or Gerlaw Christian Church.
