He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Kline and Dorothy Jane Mustain. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Mustain; his daughter Kristi Kaye; his grandchildren, Jack Lanciloti (Sydney Donaldson) and Lydia Perez; his daughter Kari Dee (Jim Powell); his grandchild Drake; his children, Claire and Kenton Douglas (Tara); his grandchildren, Caleb and Cameron; his children, Kyle Robert, Kirk Stephen and Kali Elizabeth (Michelle); and his stepgrandchildren, Oliver, Celia and Edmund Anderson. He is also survived by wife of 54 years, six children, and six grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Doug's honor can be made to the Galesburg Public Schools Foundation, Hospice Compassus, the Galesburg Orpheum Theatre, or the Knox County Habitat for Humanity.
