Baughman (Cameron, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Utzinger and Blanche Utzinger; her son James; and her siblings, Bernard, Marguerite and Joan.

She is survived by: her husband John Baughman; her sons, Mason and Shannon (Sarah); her grandchildren, Kaylie and Izzy; and her sisters, Phillis Miller (Otho) and Tamarra Quinn.
