It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosalie M. Morrell of Camden, Illinois, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Arthur and Gladys Cornelia Billingsley (Morris); her husband Morris Morrell; her son-in-law Sam Topel; her siblings, Clarence E. "Buss" Billingsley (Imogene), James "Rude" Billingsley (Birdie), Robert Billingsley (Harriet), Morris "Ike" Billingsley (Helen "Marie"), Lester "Abe" Billingsley, Harold Billingsley, Donald Billingsley and Lucille Finch (Adrian); and her brother-in-law Dick Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Topel of Quincy, Gary Morrell (Marsha) of Camden and Carl "Russ" Morrell (Greg Gerhart) of St. Louis; her grandsons, Joe Topel (Amy) of Mendon, Andrew Topel of Quincy and Tom Topel (Hannah) of Oxford; her great grandchild Miriam Topel; her siblings, Betty Etter (Bill) of Rushville, Barbara Taylor of Burlington and Wayne Billingsley (Twila) of Crossville; and her sisters-in-law, Alberta Billingsley of Rushville, Judy Peterman of Rushville and Clara Billingsley of Industry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It is requested that those attending the service wear a mask.
