She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Anderson and Ellen Taylor Anderson; her spouse Winford C. Legate; and her sister JoAnne. She is survived by: her children, Wynne Legate, Mark Legate (Debra) of Ballwin, MO and David "Bruce" Legate; her grandchildren, Cory Legate (JoAnn), Renee Legate (Dale) and Reva Legate; and her sister Karen Pitman. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
