He is survived by: his wife Jenine; his sons, Brock (Aimee), Derrick (Suzanne) and Shawn Spack (Shari); his grandchildren, Brent (Nichole), Alicia Mays (Jon), Britney, Logan and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Annie Jean and Elle; his brother Bill Spack (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, Galen McFadyen (Linda) and Bonna McFadyen; his nephew Andrew Spack; and his niece Anna Davenport.
