She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank F. Duhme and Ruth A. Duhme (Nims); her daughter Sandra Gibson; her granddaughter Marnie; her close friend Harold Schumaker; and her pet Curious.
She is survived by: her spouse Arley J. Palmer; her children, Maureen Meyer (Steve) of North Liberty, IA and Kirk Palmer; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Gibson, Heath Meyer, Joel Palmer, Melissa Plummer, Sarah Palmer, Amanda Johnson, Erica Boberg, Jessica Schuh and Andrea Thurman. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
