We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2025, at the age of 92, Elisabeth W. Johnson of Cambridge, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Cacilia Handwerker; her husband Clarence; her sons, Bryan Johnson and Randolph Johnson; and her sister Johanna Tribus.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Johnson (Sherri) of Tampico, Garret Johnson of Sterling, Robert Johnson (Beth) of Rock Island and Timothy Johnson of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Carley Johnson, Daulton Johnson, Iris Johnson, Lilly Johnson, Alaina Monocerous, Rabecca Uttersten, Zack Fuller, Jake Swanson, Chapin Bone, Spencer Bone (Kristin) and Trevor Bone (Toni); and her sisters, Margaret Jonas of Bonn, Gertrud Lingnau of Colgne, Hilde Dittrich of Stuttgart and Cilly Fuchstiner of Steinach, Germany. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Malachy's Catholic Church (595 E Ogden Ave, Geneseo, IL 61254).
