David M. Gallens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David M. Gallens of Cambridge, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Gallens and Greta Gallens (Miles); and his former spouse Robin Jacques (Robbins). He is survived by: his wife Dawn M. Berthoud; his children, Heather Torres (Rodrigo), Allison Sizemore (Anthony), Shawn Gallens (Brittany McLane), Christopher Berthoud (Kristie) and Austin Strobbe; his grandchildren, Drew, Harleigh, Haiyden, Silas, Isabella, Vivian, Miaka and Ezra; his sister Diana Krakovec (Timothy); and his former wife Lisa Robinson (Worrall).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
