She is survived by: her husband Marvin Van Dyke; her daughter Shellie Jacobs (Aaron); her grandchildren, Lilah, Lanie and Liam; her sisters, Elaine Vanskike, Sharon Verstraete (Gerry) and Patty Seys (John); and her sisters-in-law, Donna Rapp and Cindy Rapp. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
