He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Smith and Mary Smith (Schneider); his wife Sandy Rhoden; his children, Jared Smith and Jesse (Frank Jr.); his grandchildren, Logan Smith, Landon Smith, Levi Levan and Liam Levan; and his sisters, Deb Clemmons (Ken) and Patricia Rusk (Mike).
