It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Long of Cambria, Illinois, born in Obion, Tennessee, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnett Beasley and Lou Ellen Beasley (Oakley); her husband Clarence "Doodle" Long; her siblings, Malcolm Beasley, Eugene Beasley, Claude Beasley, Lloyd Beasley, Thelma Diggs and Mary Lee Wright; and her grandson Michael Alyn Boze.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Long of DeSoto, Patricia Ann Graeff (Mike) of Carterville, Clarence Wendell "Pete" Long of Royalton and Barbara Ann Boze (Keith) of Carterville; and her sister Josephine Nicks of Newbern, Tennessee. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 4 great great-grandchildren.
