He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Glen and Nola Mae Haskin Pangburn; and his nephew Josh Elder. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Partenheimer; his children, Matthew Pangburn (Erin) of Villa Grove and Lisa Fenton (Josh) of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Alison Pangburn and Mac Fenton; and his siblings, John Pangburn (Diane) of Tuscola and Cheryl Elder (Mike) of Cantonment, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
