He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard Jayne and Delcia Mae Adkins; his sister Peggy Sue Orndorff; and his father Henry Adkins. He is survived by: his mother Debbie Ann Adkins (Jayne) of Ashmore, IL; his children, Robert Ray of Decatur, IL, Christina Adkins of Robinson, IL, Amanda Adkins (Kenny Ballew) of Robinson, IL and Jamie Gent (Leslie) of Villa Grove, IL; his grandmother Patty Jayne of Camargo, IL; and his half-sisters, Monica Orndorff of Danville, IL and Bobbi Orndorff of New York. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
