She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Dzik; her sister Helen Kossak; and her parents, Mary Jenkot and John Jenkot. She is survived by: her children, Mary Polley and Joseph Dzik; her grandsons, Matthew Polley (Janine Schwark) and Jason Polley (Cerissa); and her siblings, Frank Jenkot, Bernice Burich, Ann Kowalczyk and Julia Wilkoz.
