With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Waszak of Calumet Park, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Waszak and Andrew Waszak; and her siblings, Stanley Waszak (Alice), Joseph Waszak (Evelyn), Sophie Kerkla (Stanley), Sally Butkowski (Jack), Silvia Palcu (Patrick), Eleanor Porozinski (Joseph), Bruno Waszak (Lois), Joan Golembeck (Gerald), Leonard Waszak (Virginia) and Chester Waszak.

Due to the State of Illinois COVID-19 Mitigation Restrictions visitation is limited to 10 people at any given time.

In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity are appreciated.
