He was predeceased by: his father John L. Sullivan, Sr.; and his sister Mary D. Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Rita E. Zandstra Sullivan of Largo, FL; his wife Diana Moran Sullivan; his son Justin T. Sullivan; his grandchildren, Julyssa Paige Sullivan and Austin Riley Sullivan; and his siblings, Kathleen McPolin (Patrick), Patricia Mitchell (Robert), Michael Sullivan (Debbie), Maureen Mora (Marty), Jean Ciesynski (Michael), John Sullivan (Lisa) and Timothy Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
