She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; her son Scott; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lundy (Jeff), David Chmielewski (Ann), Diane Chmielewski, John Chmielewski (Tammy) and Mark Chmielewski (Jolene); and her siblings, Judy, Tom and Philip. She is also survived by grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
