She is survived by: her son Rick Kukulski; her sister Judy Suchwalko; her siblings-in-law, Judy Kozlowski, Barbara Kukulski and Jim Kukulski; her husband Ralph; and her daughter Karen Kukulski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
