He was predeceased by: his spouse Albina Wollack; his child Constance J. Zink (Fred); and his parents, Stanley Wollack and Bernice Urbaniak. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth J. Wollack (Jessica), Richard J. Wollack, Jeremy, Gregory, Brian and Karen Zink.
