She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Kotecki; her sons, Robert and Richard Kotecki; her siblings, Edward, Matthew Wojcik and Lottie Csonka; and her grandson Ryan Howard.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Bohlim (Keith); her daughter-in-law Sharon; her grandchildren, Alicyn Demoff (Brian), Matthew Kotecki (Erin), Michael Kotecki (Melani) and Jonathan Kotecki; and her sisters, Lilian Stauffer and Chris Evanoff (Dave). She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
