She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles V. Ballard; her child Craig Ballard; her grandchild Kelsey; her siblings, Aloysius Hart (late Minnie) and Jane Pater (Julius); and her parents, Aloysius Hart and Irene Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Nellett (William) and Curtis Ballard (Sandee); her grandchildren, Kathryn, Halyko, Samantha, Kayla, Amanda, Rylee and Mary; her great grandchild Logan; and her siblings, Dorothy Camp (late Ed), Zelma Dennis (late Bob), Ann Blazic (late John), Michael Hart, Robert Hart and William Hart (late Jean).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, greatly appreciated.
