She is survived by: her children, Jackie Bowman (Chris), Joe Lentz (Gayle Novakovich) and Michael Lentz; her grandchildren, Nichole Dalsing (Jayme), Blake Torphy, Kirsten Lentz (Andrew Cheung), Tyler Lentz, Noah Lentz (Dallas Crowther) and Dominic Lentz; her great grandchildren, Alissa Dalsing and Zoey Lentz; her sister-in-law Kathy Reznik; and her nieces and nephews, Brad Reznik (Ronna), Tracy Mistretta, Sue Sagan (Dave), Bobbi Jo Gibson, Patti Puntillo (Benny), Mikki Swets (John), Mark Reznik (Shannon), Lori Edwards (John) and Christi Letourneau (Kyle). She is also survived by Many great nieces & nephews, cousins and friends.
