She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Edwards and May Edwards (Gordon); her close friend Walter G. Alexander; her brothers, Woodie Edwards (Virgie) and Don Edwards (Edna); and her siblings-in-law, Wilma Edwards and Tom Quick.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Douglas Alexander of Hammond, Indiana, Jennie Lynn Ecklund of Kankakee and Pamela Sue (Roman Doloski); her grandchildren, Thomas McClure, Cindy of Hoopeston, Scott Ecklund, Timburley of Crown Point, Matthew Doloski, Lisa of Clarksville, Tennesee and Trevor Doloski of New Lenox, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Ambur, Alexus, Abby Ecklund, Alex McClure, Ella and Ava Doloski; and her siblings, Bill Edwards of Patoka, Sue Quick of Streator and Sharon (Doug Back) of Patoka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
