We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 77, Gerald M. Ulanski of Calumet City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ulanski and Jean Ulanski Odzinski; his brother Thomas Ulanski; and his nephew Kenneth Ulanski. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Kimberly Maksimik (Tom); his granddaughter Madison Olms; his niece Dawn Wojcik; and his nephews, Michael, Thomas and Joseph.
