He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Crull and Mary Crull; and his brother Scott Crull. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Crull; his sons, Joshua Crull and Brandon Crull; and his siblings, James Crull (Deborah), Kenneth Crull and Barbara Crull. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
