She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Litzan and Barbara D. Litzan; her husband Paul P. Polus; her son Paul G. Polus; her sister Joan Litzan; her son-in-law John Warner; and her brother-in-law Myron Clark.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Polus Warner; her daughter-in-law Elaine Polus; her grandchildren, Sue Warner Dawson (Zac), Paul Warner (Heather Jeschke), Emily Warner, Jennifer Polus and Deborah Robson; her great grandchildren, Jake, Alex, Molly Warner, Megan Robson, Jaliyah McNeill and Nick Stewart; and her sister Josephine Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Castle Hill Funeral Home (248 155th Pl, Calumet City, IL 60409). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Church (768 Lincoln Ave, Calumet City, IL 60409). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
