She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph John Siniawski; her daughter Dr. Joyce Ann Siniawski; her grandson Jacob; and her brothers, Leonard and Edward.
She is survived by: her sons, John J. Siniawski (Kimberly) and James E. Siniawski (Linda); and her grandchildren, Dr. Kristen Mattson (Greg), Jennifer Wagner (Andrew), Lindsay Arloff (Kyle), Justin, Jaxon, Joshua Siniawski, Rachel Frank and Isabella Goheen.
Due to the Covid-19 situation there will not be a luncheon afterwards.
