He was predeceased by: his son Joel Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Maria T. Ortiz; and his children, Angelica Martinez (Tony), Veronica Berry (late Raymond), Jose Ortiz (Lorrita) and Andres Ortiz (Angelica). He is also survived by grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
