We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Bernadette (Soczyk) P. Sadowski of Calumet City, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Soczyk and Elizabeth Soczyk; her husband Daniel; and her siblings, Leona Jaranowski (John), Elsie Kopercinski (Scotty), Ann Zolmer (Ted), Henry Soczyk (Tess) and Loretta Urbanik (Whimpy).
She is survived by: her children, Neal Sadowski (Lynn), Rebecca Bailey (Timothy) and Monique Sadowski (Frank Saelens); and her grandchildren, Daniel Sadowski (Alesia), Kaila Bailey, Cade Bailey and Harrison Bailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Castle Hill Funeral Home (248 155th Pl, Calumet City, IL 60409). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Church (768 Lincoln Ave, Calumet City, IL 60409).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Amvets, Alzheimer's Association, Multiple Sclerosis Association or your local animal shelter are appreciated.
