She was predeceased by : her parents, John Martindale and Madeline Martindale (Wait); and her husband Jim G. Reynolds., and son Shawn Smith. She is survived by : her daughter Lisa Reynolds (Michael Woodman); son Steve Edward Smith, Jeffrey Smith, her grandchildren, James Collins III, Adrian Collins, Charles Reynolds and Katie Reynolds; and her brother Melvin Martindale (Nancy). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
